You may have noticed some changes around here recently!
Firstly, we redesigned our site; adding some exciting parallax design, updating our portfolio with more recent work, adding some happy client testimonials, and featuring some more of our own illustration – making everything look a little slicker. We also enhanced our responsive features, and coded for optimal accessibility – so more visitors can enjoy our website and content. Creative Bloq wrote a fascinating article in their typography issue on Accessibility, which is preserved online and definitely worth a read.
Secondly, we’ve (finally) upgraded to an HTTPS connection! This has a number of benefits to us and our clients; we can gain more information from referral traffic coming from other HTTPS sites, Google now uses HTTPS to boost your site rank – so it will (slightly) benefit our SEO, and it increases the security of our site – for both us and our clients. It leaves us less susceptible to attack, making our site safer for customers to browse, and also protecting us from malicious hackers. It also gives us a little green lock next to our address in your browser – which looks great and increases client trust. It’s a win all round!
We’ve been working with some great clients recently, on some exciting projects that we can’t wait to launch so we can share them with you. In the mean time, have you seen the new website and branding we designed for Events Management company Boutique Productions? We were commissioned by LJ Pearce to design their entire branding guidelines, a new logo, marketing ephemera including business cards and signatures, and a full responsive website. We concentrated on Boutique Production’s unique sense of enthusiasm, attention to detail, and tailor-made solutions to produce stylish, straight-forward branding that portrays exactly what the company will give you – professionalism, creativity and style. Make sure to take a look at their new website and hire LJ for any of your events management needs – we couldn’t recommend working with her more!
